Returns & Refunds
We offer free shipping anywhere in India for orders above ₹3000. Use code “FREESHIP” at checkout. Please allow 1-15 business days for your order to be dispatched. Orders placed before 1 PM on a working day will typically ship the same day, provided payment is confirmed, and stock is available. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During high-demand periods like holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping.
Tracking:
Once payment is confirmed and the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have any questions, contact us at support@unknown.com.
Order Cancellation by User:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, excluding a 4% bank fee. To cancel, contact our customer support with your order number. Cancellations are only permitted if the order status is still marked as “pending” under Order History.
Order Cancellation by Website:
We reserve the right to cancel any order, especially if it’s placed at an incorrect price. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a 100% refund will be provided.
If non-delivery occurs due to an error from the user (e.g., incorrect address), any additional costs for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return/Replacement Policy:
We offer replacements within 7 days, except for:
- Perishable items
- Used or opened products
- Damaged goods
- Gift certificates
- Items sourced outside India
If your item is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product was delivered, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us with your order number and return the item after receiving our confirmation.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed if the item cannot be replaced. Customers who prefer a refund over a replacement will receive 90% of the order value. Refunds are also issued if the order cannot be shipped to your location.
For international orders, customs duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If items are returned, the customer must cover any import duty charges, and refunds will only be for the item price, excluding shipping or customs fees.
Items Damaged During Shipping:
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. Hold onto the damaged item and original packaging for the courier’s insurance claim. Once the claim is processed, we will reimburse you.
